This position is responsible to take part in design and development of the features and modules for technically complex features, working closely with stake holders and development teams to ensure delivery of a high quality product.

Analyze requirements
Design software solutions based on customer Requirements
High-level/Low level design and implementation
Implement software solutions as per design (coding)
Implement and test solutions (Unit Test)
Ensure conformance to organization and project quality processes
Manage customer relationship
Investigate and fix software errors
Review software work product

2-6 years of relevant experience
In depth, hands-on knowledge of core JAVA & related technologies like J2EE.
Knowledge on component-based and plug-in based architecture
Experience in development, build and configuration environment (e.g. Eclipse plug-in development , Ant, GIT, Subversion, Maven) or newer
Development experience using MVC Frameworks
Develop unit tests using J Unit
Development experience in User Interface using GEF/AWT/JFACE/ Swings
Should have good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
What else do I need to know?
In depth, hands-on knowledge of core JAVA & related technologies like J2EE.

Desired knowledge on MVC frameworks i.e. Struts, hibernate, and spring
