Job Description:
- Opening for Kolkata location.
- Responsible for monitoring live services, routine and preventive maintenance, service restoration and provide assurance of service.
- Responsible for running monitoring services, including infrastructure performance, availability, alarm, configuration and fault management, troubleshoot
- Responsible for Onsite Deployments of Infrastructure, open to travel in India and abroad at customer deployment sites.
- Open to working in shifts on a rotation basis.
Technical Understanding:
- Server Admin: Linux(Desired)
- Database : Mysql(Preferred)
- Qualification. BE/BTECH/MCA( CS&IT preferred)
Experience:
- 0-2 years of exp Telecom Operations , Product /VAS Operations support, Any type of Engineering Monitoring or IT Deployment shall be an added advantage.
