Description
1. Job holder should have basic knowledge of Instrumentation & control system with working knowledge on field instruments, EPABX and Communication System .
2. Ensuring good quality of Maintenance, Inventory & Spare Part Planning, Budgeting. Root Cause analysis of repetitive problems and rectification to overcome the situation.
3. Ensure to maintain Safety compliance's Zero accident of self and subordinates. Promoting safety culture at work place and release subordinates for the safety training and have a Safety talk and instruction to be given before start -up any of job. Identify the unsafe area."Zero fatal accidents. Reduction in severity and frequency rate in plant over previous year. Roll out and effectively implementation of unit Safety standards at workplace and maintain zero compliance. Development of SOP/SWP and Do & Don't for safe working.
4. Understand system with Working knowledge of SAP system for routine work Daily store issue and CMS work order prepare PM check Implement of system like WCM and WCM activity board to update for department circle Promote the culture of WCM at Team. Attendance in 5S activities and actively participate on Jishu-Hozen activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics & Communications.
Experience: 1-4 year experience in Cement plant/Tele-communication field.
