* To handle & resolve technical queries of customers over voice calls

* Technical troubleshooting of Laptop & PC's

* Good knowledge of Networking

* To ensure timely replies are sent to customers through e-mails

Desired Profile:

* Only Technical graduates/Diploma required

* Must posses good communication skills ( Both written & verbal)

* Willing to join at the earliest.
