# Role is Responsible for the preparing requirement / scope documents for new development /customization and follow up for Sign off with the customers prior to development.
# Liaise with Development / QA Team for the deliveries / customizations as per the milestones fixed.
# Liaise with Implementation for deliveries as per the milestones.
Key Job Activities :
# Documentation
- Customization Scope Statement.
- Higher Level Document for Development Team.
- Impact Analysis Document.
- Consolidate Requirement Tracker with Delivery Dates
# Requirement Analysis
- Responsible for analyzing the requirement from the client
- Responsible for knowledge transfer to Implementation / Support Team for the requirements.
- Responsible for preparing requirement and impact analysis document for development
# Tracker Maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining the issue tracker of customization request from all clients and liaise with team members on the milestones.
