Position Summary :

# We are seeking a talented, experienced and enthusiastic Delphi Developer to join our growing Development Team.
Responsibilities :
# Working with clients, business analysts and development team colleagues to create new enhancements and solutions.
# Creating and maintaining documentation on new functionality and interfaces.
# Actively testing and participating in the Quality Assurance activities for our products.
# Helping to maintain a high standard of code quality.
# Supporting existing clients with their enquiries and reported issues.
Essential Skills :
# 5 years commercial experience as Delphi developer.
# Commercial RDBMS experience (preferably Oracle, SQL Server).
# Experience with full development lifecycle, from architectural decisions to system level testing and deployment.
# Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to create technical solutions from business requirements.
# Ability to meet tight deadlines.
# Team player, capable of collaborating with colleagues.
# Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Highly Desirable :
# Bachelors Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance).
# Experience with recent versions of Delphi (2010, XE+) and the new IDE and language features (Unicode, FireMonkey, 64-bit compiler).
# Experience with User Interface VCL components (e.g. DevExpress, TMS).
# Knowledge of the music, media and/or licensing industry.
# Knowledge of rights and royalties.
